Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- For Duluth, Minn. native and former Duluth Marshall Hilltopper Dan Moline, winning tournaments the local amateur golf circuit is not that much different than winning a statewide tournament such as the Minnesota State Open.

"It's a little different level, maybe a bit deeper field," said Moline, "but, at the same time, there's good players up here. Winning down there is just as hard as winning up here."

Moline and five other guys from the Northland will tee off on Friday afternoon in round one of the 110th Minnesota State Open, a tournament which boasts some of the best amateur golfers from across the state.

Below you can see the opening round tee times for our local golfers, with this year's tournament being played at Edinburgh in Brooklyn Park, Minn.
