Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The National Football League (NFL) Pro Bowl team will now be drafted by team captains along with several other changes come 2014, the league and players association announced on Wednesday. Instead of using the AFC vs. NFC format, the all-star game teams will now be chosen using a draft with two team captains. The leading vote-getters will be named captains. Jerry Rice and Deion Sanders will also help. There can be any number of quarterbacks from any one league, the AFC or NFC. In the new format, there doesn't have to be an equal number of players at every position. Each quarter will now end with a two-minute warning and a change of possession. There will be no kickoffs and each quarter-opening possession will start at the 25-yard line. There will be a defensive change as well. Cover 2 and press coverage will now be allowed.
