New York, NY (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The NHL announced on Friday the cancellation of the 2012-13 regular season through the month of November, that because of the ongoing labor dispute between the league and the NHL Players' Association. This latest cancellation means 326 games have been dumped in the regular season, which was scheduled to start on October 11. That number accounts for 26.5 percent of the 2012-13 NHL season. The annoucement comes after no new talks happened this week between the two sides, that after different proposals trying to save an 82-game season were made last week.
