No. 6 'Dogs Steamroll Crookston on Senior Day

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The No. 6 University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) football team steamrolled the University of Minnesota-Crookston 57-3 on senior day Saturday at Malosky Stadium in the Bulldogs' regular season home finale.

Seven different players scored for the Bulldogs including four seniors en route to winning their eighth straight over the Golden Eagles.

Redshirt freshman quarterback Drew Bauer finished 12 of 14 for 141 yards and threw a career-high four touchdowns in less than two quarters of work.

The Bulldogs held the Golden Eagles to six first downs and 107 yards of total offense.

UMD (8-1) will hit the road for the final two weeks of the season starting with next Saturday's match-up with the University of Mary.
