Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Excelsior, Minn. native Alec Olson and Duluth, Minn. native Katie McGee are the 2013 champions of the Park Point 5-Miler, northern Minnesota's longest running road race. Olson came across the line in 26:08 to claim his first-ever title in the event, while McGee finished in 32:08 to take home her sixth championship in the five-mile race down Park Point. 457 runners and 38 walkers registered for the 42nd annual event put on by Grandma's Marathon, with proceeds going to benefit the Young Athletes Foundation (YAF).
