Green Bay, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- Minnesota Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder is officially listed as inactive for Saturday night, meaning Joe Webb will start for Minnesota in the team's wild card playoff matchup against Green Bay. Ponder was listed as questionable on the Vikings' injury report this week after hitting his right elbow on a helmet in the first half of last week's win in the team's regular season finale against this same Packers team. The second-year starting quarterback threw about 15 passes at Lambeau Field during warmups, but returned quickly to the locker room with several members of the team's training staff. According to Elias, Webb will become the first quarterback in NFL history to start a postseason game after not attempting a single throw during the regular season. Webb's last start for Minnesota came in Week 17 of last season, completing 17-of-32 passes in a 17-13 loss to Chicago. Saturday's game is set for a 7:00 p.m. kickoff at Lambeau Field and can be seen in the Northland on KBJR6 and Range11. Posted by Zach Schneider Bio - Facebook - Twitter - E-Mail
