Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Cayli Sadler pitched a complete game and gave up just three runs, but the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women's softball team couldn't get on the board as they fell to Wayne State 3-0 on Saturday afternoon.

For the second straight day, the Bulldogs played at Malosky Stadium but with temperatures much cooler this time around. Sara Scheffert got the win for the Wildcats after throwing a complete game shutout.

UMD (18-16) returns to action on Tuesday in a doubleheader against the University of Minnesota-Crookston at 2:00 p.m.
