Saints' Morrin Named to the First Team All-UMAC

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- St. Scholastica's Kortney Morrin was named to the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) First Team, as the leagued announced its all-conference volleyball selections on Thursday.

Morrin, who was an All-UMAC honorable mention as a freshman, led the Saints with 338 total kills and 321 digs this season. She also finished second in the league with 3.35 kills per set and was fifth with 373 points.

Junior setter Erika Birkeland and sophomore libero Danielle Benusa earned All-UMAC honorable mention awards. It's the second straight season Birkeland has won the accolade.
