Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The St. Scholastica Saints survived a second half rally to beat the Finlandia Lions 79-71 on Saturday afternoon.
Kayla Heisler and Mariah Hovick each scored 18 points to lead the Saints, which has now won two in a row after starting the season (0-6).
Minong native Taylor Fellbaum added 10 points in the game, and South Shore native Laura Amys had eight points and seven rebounds in the winning effort.
