Sundbom Leads Locals in Amateur Qualifying

St. Cloud, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Hermantown, Minn. native Trent Sundbom was the top local finisher at this week's U.S. Amateur Sectional Qualifying tournament in St. Cloud, Minn., finishing the 36-hole event with a total of 151.

The co-winners fired a two-day total of 139, meaning Sundbom was 12 strokes off the lead and finished tied for 24th place.

He was joined in competition by his brother and fellow Hermantown, Minn. native Taylor Sundbom as well as Hermantown Minn. native Josh Becks and Duluth, Minn. native Derek Farrell.

Below are listed the scores for all four local golfers entered into the tournament, with Becks not turning in a scorecard for his second 18-hole round.
