Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Duluth outfielder Keith Curcio and pitchers Clay Chapman and Nate Carter have all been named to the 2013 Northwoods League All-Star team, it was announced on Friday afternoon.

It is the second such selection for Carter, who was also an All-Star last season for Duluth, and the first selection for both Curcio and Chapman.

Curcio is among the team leaders with a .377 batting average thus far in 2013, and he leads the team with 63 hits while playing in a team-high 41 games. He's got 23 runs batted in and two homes runs this year while also drawing 19 walks.

Chapman, meanwhile, has pitched a team-high 43.1 innings for the Huskies while starting seven games. He's posted a 1.66 earned run average with 38 strikeouts en route to a record of (2-2).

Carter has appeared in 18 games this year while working primarily as Duluth's closer. In 26.2 innings pitched, he's managed 24 strikeouts while posting a 3.71 earned run average.

The 2013 Northwoods League All-Star game will be played on July 23 in Eau Claire, Wis.
