Chicago, IL (NNCNOW.com) --- Josh Willingham hit a tiebreaking three-run double in the seventh inning, and Scott Diamond was solid through six innings, leading the Twins over the White Sox, 5-3 on Sunday afternoon.

Aaron Hicks also knocked in a run and Justin Morneau took a bases-loaded walk as Minnesota stretched its win streak to four.

After being postponed on Friday because of rain, the Twins used a strong performance by Diamond, allowing just two runs and four hits in six innings.
