Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) sophomore Chanel Miller has been named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) athlete of the week, it was announced on Tuesday.
Miller won the 60-meter hurdles at the Northwest Open this past weekend, posting a personal-best time of 8.90 seconds. That time for Miller was just .06 seconds shy of the all-time UMD record.
