U.S. Men's Curling Loses to SUI, Finishes Ninth

Sochi, Russia (NNCNOW.com) --- Chisholm, Minn. native John Shuster and the United States men's curling team dropped its final qualification match 6-3 to Switzerland on Monday morning, meaning the Americans will finish in ninth place at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games.

The United States finishes the qualification round with an overall record of (2-7), which puts them ninth out of 10 teams in the men's tournament.

Joining Shuster on Team USA were Eveleth, Minn. native Jeff Isaacson, Hibbing, Minn. native Jared Zezel, and Duluth, Minn. resident John Landsteiner.
