Jordan, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Virginia-Mountain Iron-Buhl (MIB) senior Andrew Sederlund shot an even par round of 72 on Wednesday afternoon to capture a share of the MSHSL Class AA boys' golf championship in Jordan, Minn., making up a three-stroke deficit from Tuesday's first round.

Sederlund's two-day total of 144 put him at even par for the tournament and tied him with Mankato East sophomore Carter Haley and Staples-Motley sophomore Andrew Israelson for the state title.

The Blue Devils senior also led his team to a sixth place finish at state, with Virginia-MIB closing out the tournament with a score of 635 to finish 32 strokes behind the state champion Providence Academy.
