Virginia Pair Takes Third at Class A Tennis Tourney

Minneapolis, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Virginia's Brylee Seitz and Taylor Gunderson brought home hardware on Friday, winning third place at the MSHSL Class A girls' tennis tournament.

Seitz and Gunderson lost 7-5, 6-3 on Friday morning in the semifinals to Sarah Hays and Gina Nguyen of St. Paul Academy and Summit, who eventually won the Class A doubles championship.

The Virginia pairing then beat Christina Smith and Julia Renner of Park Rapids in the third place match, winning that one by a 6-4, 6-3 score.
