Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Minnesota Timberwolves center Nikola Pekovic has been named the NBA's Western Conference player of the week for April 1-7, it was announced on Monday morning. Pekovic averaged 25.0 points per game to help Minnesota go (3-1) in that week, also adding 8.5 rebounds per contest.
