Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) head men's hockey coach Scott Sandelin is ready for his team to hit the ice in the 2012-13 season, calling this offseason particularly long after the way last season ended for the Bulldogs.

Sandelin knows that his team lost a lot of talent from last year, namely its top three scorers in Jack Connolly, J.T. Brown, and Travis Oleksuk, but said that there are plenty of guys back this year ready to step into a bigger role for UMD.

Sandelin made his comments while appearing on the weekly show, "Bulldog Country," which airs Friday and Saturday nights on the My 9 Sports Network.
