CSS' Blair, Waidacher are All-NCHA First Team

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- St. Scholastica sophomore forward Nina Waidacher and sophomore defenseman Alex Blair have each been named to the all-Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) first team, it was announced on Thursday.

Waidacher was the NCHA's leading scorer for a second straight season, finishing the year with 14 goals and 21 assists in league play. This marks her second straight year earning first team all-conference honors.

Blair, meanwhile, earns the first-team tag for the first time at St. Scholastica after finishing third among NCHA defenseman with 15 points on five goals and 10 assists.

The Saints' junior captain Michelle Fisher was given all-NCHA honorable mention, that after leading all of NCAA Division III with 28 assists this regular season.
