St. Scholastica head men’s soccer coach Barry Chastey has announced that Antony Blackburn, Ban Wallace and Joe Watt, all from across the pond, intend to play for the Saints this fall.

Antony Blackburn, a midfielder from Derby, England, was a starter for a strong high school program. He spent his younger days playing in the Derby County Youth system.

Ben Wallace, a forward from Glasgow, Scotland, was the top goal scorer for his high school team.

Joe Watt, a midfielder from Orpington, England, was recently part of a team that was crowned national champions in England.

The defending Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) Tournament champion Saints will begin their season when they host 2009 NCAA participant Macalester College at Saints Field on Wednesday, September 1st.
