Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Tony Camaranesi scored two goals in the second period on Saturday night to help the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) men's hockey team to a 5-4 win over Michigan Tech, marking the Bulldogs' fourth straight conference win.
UMD also got goals from Joe Basaraba, Austin Farley, and Wade Bergman in the winning effort. Matt McNeely earned the win in goal, making 28 saves in the contest.
A record 6,829 people attended Saturday night's game, the most of all-time at any UMD men's hockey game.
The game also marked this season's "Pink the Rink" game. The Bulldogs were wearing special pink uniforms, which were auctioned off after the game to help raise money for breast cancer research.
UMD is now (9-10-3) overall this season and (7-6-3) in the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA).
