Crawford, Zoelle Lead UMD Over Minot State

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota Duluth men's basketball team used a strong outing from senior Peter Crawford en route to beating Minot State 81-74 to make it a clean sweep of the weekend on Saturday night at Romano Gymnasium.

Crawford finished tied for a team-high with 17 points while Reece Zoelle also racked up 17 for UMD. Jordan Reetz added 16 points along with five rebounds and five assists.

The Bulldogs finished with eight total turnovers while the Beavers turned the ball over 12 times.

UMD (4-5) hits the court again next weekend when they host St. Cloud State on Sat. at 4:00 p.m.
