Pittsburgh, PA (NNCNOW.com) --- If Hermantown, Minn. native and St. Cloud State senior forward Drew LeBlanc is to win the 2013 Hobey Baker Award, he will consider it more of a team accomplishment than anything else.

"With them working hard and coming to the rink every day to help me get better, hopefully I was able to return the favor and make them a little better as well," LeBlanc said of his teammates. "It says a lot about our team. It is an individual award, but it's reall a group accomplishment, and that's why I'm standing where I am."

LeBlanc has 13 goals and 37 assists this season for the Huskies, and he was named following the regular season as the Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) player of the year and scholar-athlete of the year.

The 2013 Hobey Baker Award will be announced at 5:00 p.m. on April 12 in Pittsburgh, Pa.
