Five 'Dogs Hits Double-Digits, Beat UWS

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) men's basketball team had five different players in double-figures as they beat the University of Wisconsin-Superior on Tuesday night in a bridge battle.

Peter Crawford and Kristofer Jackson led the Bulldogs with 14 points each. Jackson also racked up 11 rebounds for the double-double.

Bronson Byrne was his team's top scorer with 14 points and four rebounds. Tilyn Hollis also finished in double-digits with 12 points for the Yellowjackets.

UMD (2-1) travels to Green Bay on Saturday to take on the Phoenix at 7:00 p.m. while UWS (0-1) head to Minneapolis on Friday to take on Augsburg College at 7:30 p.m.
