Hermantown Native LeBlanc Granted Medical Redshirt

St. Cloud, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Hermantown native Drew LeBlanc has been approved for a medical redshirt and will return to St. Cloud State for a fifth season, that according to the school's official Twitter page.

The 22-year-old Leblanc played in only 10 games for the Huskies in the 2011-12 season before breaking his left leg in two places. He had two goals and 10 assists before being injured.

LeBlanc graduated from Hermantown in 2007 and was a key member of that school's only MSHSL state championship in the 2006-07 season.
