St. Cloud, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Hermantown, Minn. native Drew LeBlanc and the St. Cloud State University (SCSU) men's hockey team left on Tuesday morning bound for Pittsburgh, Pa. and the 2013 NCAA Frozen Four tournament.

SCSU will take on the tournament's top seed, Quinnipiac, in the semifinal round, with that game set for 7:00 p.m. on April 11 at the CONSOL Energy Center.

The Huskies go into the game as a statistical underdog, but LeBlanc said they've flourished in that same role this entire 2012-13 season.

"It wasn't too bad flying under the radar. You stay out of the limelight, and you can just go about your business," LeBlanc said. "We put our hard hats on every day and come ready to work, and fortunately good things have happened."

LeBlanc has 13 goals and 37 assists this season for SCSU and has been named one of three finalists for the 2013 Hobey Baker Award, given each year to the top player in NCAA men's college hockey.

This year's Hobey Baker presentation will be on April 12 in Pittsburgh, with the NCAA championship game to be played the next day on April 13.
