Columbus, OH (NNCNOW.com) --- Ohio State senior goaltender and International Falls, Minn. native Brady Hjelle has been named to the all-Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) first team, it was announced on Wednesday.
Hjelle has had an impressive season, posting a league-high four conference shutouts while finishing second in the CCHA with a .937 saves percentage and a 1.89 goals-against average.
The former Broncos star has five times this season been named the CCHA goaltender of the week, posting an overall record of (12-9-4) for the Buckeyes.
