Laframboise Commits to Play Hockey at UMD

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men's hockey team added its newest member on Thursday when Josh Laframboise announced via Twitter his commitment to play hockey for the Bulldogs.

Laframboise, a native of Regina, Saskatchewan, played in 41 games this season with the Battlefords Stars and racked up 33 goals and 21 assists in the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League.

The 17-year-old forward is in his rookie year with the Stars.
