Lange, Iisakka Earn All-American Honors

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Hibbing native Kate Lange and Esko native Eleena Iisakka were named All-Americans this week for their play this season with the UMD Bulldogs volleyball team.

Lange, a sophomore outside hitter, was named to the first team while Iisaaka, a senior setter, was named to the second team.

Lange led the team in kills this season and recorded 22 double-doubles along the way, and Iisakka posted more than 12 set assists per set, helping to lead UMD to the highest kills per set total in the nation at Division II.
