Report: Badgers' Konz to Enter 2012 NFL Draft

Madison, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) --- One day after learning star running back Montee Ball will return for his senior season, the Wisconsin Badgers have lost the anchor of their offensive line to the NFL Draft.

Badgers junior center Peter Konz reportedly will forgo his senior season at Wisconsin to enter the draft, that according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Konz missed three games this season for Wisconsin with a dislocated ankle, but is ranked among the top junior centers in college football by several NFL Draft experts.

In his three seasons with the Badgers, Konz started 31 games on the offensive line and helped turn the team into a national offensive powerhouse.
