Saints' Beatt Named to CoSIDA All-American Team

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- St. Scholastica senior Andrea Beatt has been named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Division III All-American third team, it was announced on Tuesday.

Beatt finished her four-year career as a Saint with 89 points to place her 10th among the program's all-time leading scorers. She scored 15 goals in her senior campaign to put her second on the team and second in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC).

The Saints senior was also named to the CoSIDA academic All-American team, becoming the first St. Scholastica women's soccer player to be so honored.

Beatt is currently boasting a 3.72 grade point average while majoring in exercise physisiology at St. Scholastica with an intent to study physical therapy.
