Saints Drop Home Opener to Blugolds

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The St. Scholastica men's basketball team shot just 39 percent from the field before falling to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire 77-59 at Reif Gymnasium on Tuesday night for the Saints home opener.

Trevor Morlock led the Saints in scoring with 21 points and 10 rebounds for a double-double while Jake Naslund racked up 10 points. Lewis Mau finished with 26 points to lead the Blugolds.

St. Scholastica (0-3) travels to Bemidji on Saturday to take on Division II Bemidji State at 4:00 p.m.
