Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The St. Scholastica women's soccer team played to a 1-1 overtime tie on Saturday afternoon with the #14-ranked Concordia-Moorhead Cobbers as part of the Advantage Emblem Cup.
Logan Williamson scored the lone goal for St. Scholastica, that coming in the 8th minute of the game's first half.
It wasn't until the 50th minute that the Cobbers found the equalizer, that coming from Sarah Rounds with assists going to Laura Prosinski and Elizabeth Robinson.
St. Scholastica freshman goalkeeper Kelsey Reeves made 12 saves in the game, with her counterpart Ali Nelson making just four saves for Concordia-Moorhead.
The Saints will next be in action September 8 when they take on St. Olaf, with that game set for a 2:00 p.m. start in Northfield, Minn.
