Saints' Huberty 14th at NCAA Indoor 'Ships

Naperville, Ill. (NNCNOW.com) --- St. Scholastica junior Becky Huberty placed 14th in the women's weight throw on Friday as part of the NCAA Division III indoor track and field championships in Naperville, Ill.

Huberty had a toss of 51 feet, 4.5 inches on her first attempt and then fouled on her second two chances, missing a chance to advance to the finals.

The junior was the second straight thrower from St. Scholastica to qualify for the NCAA Division III championships, with Alex Seeley finishing 10th in 2012.
