Saints Sweep Bethany Lutheran on the Pitch

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The St. Scholastica men's and women's soccer programs each earned wins on Friday afternoon, with the men beating Bethany Lutheran 7-0 and the women beating that same Vikings team by an 8-1 score.

Erik Trochimchuk scored two goals for the men's side, and Adam Hewitt needed to make just two saves to earn the shutout in goal.

Andrea Beatt, meanwhile, scored three goals for the women's team, which also got two-goal performances from Megan Osborne and Duluth native Kelsey Kehtel.
