St. Scholastica Sweeps Northland at the Wade

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The St. Scholastica baseball team earned two wins on Tuesday afternoon, beating Northland 8-5 and 19-3 at Wade Stadium in Duluth.

Kyle Moody led the way offensively in the first game with three runs batted in, and Jake Casareto added two RBI of his own.

In game number two, meanwhile, the Saints were led by the three runs batted in from Parker Olson. The team also got two RBI each from Kyle Flagstad, John Hietpas, Jake Casareto, Tyler Henderson, and Jordan O'Neill.

The Saints are now (17-8) overall this season and (9-0) in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference. The team will next play Friday at 6:00 p.m. when they host Martin Luther.
