St. Scholastica Cruises Past Northland

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The St. Scholastica men's hockey team scored three first period goals and then added four in the second before cruising past Northland College 9-2 on Friday night at Mars Lakeview Arena.

Brandon Nowakowski and Paul Marcoux each scored twice for the Saints while Derek Sutliffe, Chad Golanowski, Bobby Lipsett, Dylan Nowakowski, and Dave Williams all had a goal a piece.

Tyler Bruggeman finished 12 saves while Jesse DiLillo racked up 20 in less than two period of work and Mason Riley with 11 to finish the game for the Lumberjacks.

St. Scholastica improves to (11-5-4) while Northland falls to (3-17-0).
