Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The St. Scholastica football team will face UW-Oshkosh in the first round of the 2012 NCAA Division III tournament, it was officially announced during the NCAA selection show on Sunday night.

UW-Oshkosh was the champion of the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) in the 2012 season, while the Saints finished in a three-way tie for first place in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC).

St. Scholastica earned its second consecutive automatic qualifier to the NCAA tournament based on a random draw, which was the tiebreaker used to decide the 2012 UMAC champion.

The unbeaten Titans will host the first round matchup on November 17 in Oshkosh, Wis., with kickoff set for 12:00 p.m.
