Florence, Al (Northland's News Center) -- The University of Minnesota Duluth's football team beat Delta State 20-17 just before 1:30 Saturday afternoon, making them the National Champions. David Nadeau kicked a 32-yard field goal as time expired. The victory marks UMD's second National Championship in three seasons.
