Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) senior forward Dani Potter scored her 12th goal of the season to propel the Bulldogs past Winona State 1-0 in the second round of the Division II NCAA Tournament.

Potter scored the goal's lone goal in the first half after the Warriors turned the ball over in their 18-yard box.

Sophomore goalkeeper Marissa Rosa earned her sixth shutout of the year after recording seven saves in all.

After a MSU-Mankato loss today, UMD will host the regional final this weekend. The Bulldogs take on Southwest Minnesota at 2 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
