Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) volleyball team moved up two spots to second in this week's American Volleyball Coaches' Association (AVCA) Division II poll, which was released on Monday.

UMD went (4-0) over the weekend to open the season, including victories over #18-ranked Wheeling Jesuit and #19-ranked West Florida.

The Bulldogs received four first-place votes in this week's poll and trail only Tampa, with that program moving into the top spot after being ranked second in the preseason poll.
