(DULUTH) - In college football, the #1 UMD Bulldogs shutout University of Mary 49-0 on Saturday. However, the Bulldogs entered the game without All-American running back Isaac Odim. Odim suffered a slight injury to his left knee on Thursday at practice. Odim is the Bulldogs all-time leading rusher, and a finalist for last season's player of the year award in Division Two, the Harlon Hill Trophy.

Running back Brad Foss had 14 carries for 121 yards and three touchdowns to lead UMD in rushing on Saturday. As a team, the Bulldogs rushed for 327 yards.

The Bulldogs are now (7-0) and face Northern State on the road, next Saturday.
