Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Dani Potter and Maureen Stormont of the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) women's soccer team have each been named by the National Soccer Coaches' Association of America (NSCAA) to the all-Central Region team, it was announced on Tuesday.
Stormont finished fourth this season in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) scoring race, totaling 11 goals and two assists on the year.
She was also a 2012 all-NSIC first team selection after being tabbed for the second team in 2011, racking up 21 goals and eight assists in her career at UMD.
Potter, meanwhile, finished the 2012 year with five goals and eight assists for the Bulldogs. An all-NSIC second team selection this fall means she has earned three all-conference accolades in as many seasons with UMD, those being a first team pick in 2011 and a second team pick in 2010.
