• Hermantown's LeBlanc Wins 2013 Hobey Baker

  Pittsburgh, PA (NNCNOW.com) --- Hermantown, Minn. native Drew LeBlanc has been named the winner of the 2013 Hobey Baker Award, given each year to the top individual player in NCAA Division I men's college hockey.

• H'Town's LeBlanc Earns All-American Honors

  Pittsburgh, PA (NNCNOW.com) --- Hermantown native and St. Cloud State forward Drew LeBlanc can now add another award to his senior season: West First Team All-American. The 2013 Men's American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) Division I All-Americans were announced on Friday from the Frozen Four.

• Former Bulldog Hjelle an All-American at OSU

  Pittsburgh, PA (NNCNOW.com) --- International Falls native and former Bulldog Brady Hjelle earned All-American Honors on Friday with the announcement coming from the Frozen Four. The senior goalie for Ohio State University (OSU) was named to the 2013 Men's American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) Division I All-American West First Team.

• Saints' Kotyk Announces UMD Commitment

  Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- St. Scholastica freshman defenseman Brenden Kotyk has announced via Twitter his commitment to play for the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) Bulldogs starting in the 2013-14 season.

• H'town Native LeBlanc, SCSU Fall in Nat'l Semis

  Pittsburgh, PA (NNCNOW.com) --- The Quinnipiac men's hockey team scored three goals in the first period on Thursday night en route to a 4-1 win over St. Cloud State University (SCSU) in the NCAA Frozen Four semifinals at the CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, Pa.

• Former Bulldog Olson Signs with AHL's Peoria

  Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Former University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) defenseman Drew Olson has signed an amateur tryout (ATO) contract with the Peoria Rivermen in the American Hockey League (AHL), that according to the league's official web site.
