• Bulldogs Part of Every Medal at IIHF Worlds

  Ottawa, Canada (NNCNOW.com) --- There are University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) women's hockey connections to every medal at this year's International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) women's world championships, with the medal round games being played on Tuesday night in Ottawa, Canada.

• Richard Pitino Introduced as UofM Coach

  Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota introduced 30-year-old Richard Pitino as the school's newest men's basketball coach. Pitino was the head coach for Florida International last season, his only year of experience as a head coach.
