17 Saints Earn UMAC Women's Track Honors

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The St. Scholastica women's indoor track and field team won their fifth straight Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) title over the weekend and on Tuesday, 17 student-athletes were named all-conference.

Becky Huberty was named the 2014 UMAC Field Athlete of the Meet after winning the weight throw and shot put competitions. She also set records in both.

CSS head coach Kirk Nauman was also named the UMAC Coach of the Year after his team won their fifth straight conference crown.

To earn UMAC All-Conference honors, participants must place first or second in an individual event or be a member of a champion relay team.
