Saints' Golobich on NABC Honors Court

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Mountain Iron, Minn. native and St. Scholastica senior Steve Golobich has been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Honors Court for the 2013-14 season, it was announced on Monday afternoon.

Golobich is one of 895 athletes to be honored nationwide and one of only five from the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC), with the other four coming from Northwestern.

The soon-to-be senior maintains a 3.48 grade point average at St. Scholastica while majoring in Education and History. To be eligible for the honors court, a junior or senior varsity player must have maintained at least a 3.20 grade point average and play for a NABC member coach.
