• Saints Women Win 9th Straight UMAC Title

  Mankato, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The St. Scholastica women's soccer team beat Bethany Lutheran 2-0 on Saturday afternoon, clinching the Saints' ninth consecutive Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) regular season title.

• Saints Win Bridge Battle to Open 2012-13 Season

  Superior, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Alex Valenti scored two goals and the St. Scholastica men's hockey team beat UW-Superior 5-1 at Wessman Arena on Saturday night to open play for both teams in the 2012-13 season.

• 'Jackets Have Every Answer, Outlast Saints

  Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The UW-Superior men's soccer team fell behind twice on Wednesday night to St. Scholastica, but both times found the equalizer and wound up with a 3-2 win at Ordean East Stadium.

• 'Jackets Picked 2nd, Saints 4th in NCHA Poll

  (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The UW-Superior women's hockey team is expected to do well in its final season as a member of the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA), as the Yellowjackets were picked to finish second in the league as part of the preseason coaches' poll.

• Saints' Jenkins, Yurek Earn UMAC Honors

  Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- St. Scholastica's Andrew Jenkins and Caleb Yurek have both earned Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) player of the week honors, it was announced on Tuesday afternoon.

• Saints Crush Crown, Win on 2012 Senior Day

  Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The St. Scholastica football team honored its senior class in the best possible way on Saturday afternoon, playing to a dominant 45-13 win over Crown at Ordean Stadium.

• Saints Men Clinch Outright UMAC Championship

  St. Bonifacius, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The St. Scholastica men's soccer team got a 5-0 win over Crown on Saturday afternoon, with that victory clinching an outright Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) regular season championship.

• 'Jackets Picked 4th, Saints 6th in NCHA Poll

  (Northland's NewsCenter) --- UW-Superior was picked to finish fourth and St. Scholastica sixth in the 2012-13 Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) preseason men's hockey coaches' poll, which was released on Wednesday morning.

• Saints Men Start Final Season as NCHA Member

  Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The St. Scholastica men's hockey team held its first official practices of the 2012-13 season on Monday afternoon, starting the program's final season as a member of the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA).
