Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Lakeview Chrisitan Academy junior guard Anders Broman has been named the National High School Coaches Association (NHSCA) athlete of the month, it was announced on Tuesday.

Broman helped the Lions this season to a (25-6) overall record and the school's first-ever apperance in the MSHSL boy's state basketball tournament.

The junior guard owns several scoring records across the region and state, including this year setting a new Minnesota single-season scoring mark.
