Biwabik, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Proctor-Hermantown sophomore Madison Danelski was the top Northland skier on Wednesday at the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) alpine meet, finishing fourth at Giant's Ridge in Biwabik, Minn.

Danelski's older sister, Megan, was the defending individual champion and would have finished second, but she straddled the last gate on her second run and was disqualified from the competition.

Proctor-Hermantown junior Matthew Borash was the top boys' finisher from the Northland, coming in 12th place and just 25-hundreths of a second out of the top 10.

The full results of both the girls' race and the boys' race are available on the MSHSL web site.
